The docs that come with it are pretty straight forward. I will say that 
when you add to the sudoers file make sure that you comment out the
requiretty line or you'll see something like "sorry, you must have a tty 
to run sudo" in your secure logs and you will get the fun to debug 
"Unable to read output" from nrpe.
