Service monitoring question

I have the following in my windows.cfg file
define service{
	use		          generic-service
	host_name		    my host name
	service_description	    DICOM
	check_command	    check_tcp! -H my ip -p 104
	}

but it returns a status of unknown in the Nagios dashboard. I get the following message.
check_tcp: Port must be a positive integer
I have run the check_tcp command from the command line (minus the !) successfully with that same syntax. Any ideas?
