service nagios start

Hi all,

 

I'm using Nagios 3.0.2 and I'm having an issue where my nagios.cmd
disappeared. I managed to reproduce this and it seems to happen when I
execute the following "Service nagios Start" when nagios is already started.
I believe on previous versions it would tell me that the nagios service was
already started. Does anyone else experience this?
