You need to write a small script to act as your plugin. That script will
~ execute the snmpget or snmpwalk command and interpretate the output for
you.

It should then set the return code to signal the proper status to nagios
and you can select which part of the output will be passed through to
nagios as text.

If I had a serious need for this I would write a perl script.
