compliing the extinfo.c

If you're working in a source tree that has already been compiled,  
just edit extinfo.c to add your changes and run 'make' within that  
directory. The new extinfo.cgi will be created and you can use that to  
replace your existing (or just run 'make install' from the base of the  
source tree).
