Think of flash as a program and the flash player application as the OS  
it runs on. You essentially need a flash player that accepts  
scriptable actions and sends parseable output based on that script.  
I'm not aware of anything like that, nagios related or not. I think  
the best that you can do has already been suggested -- indirectly by  
monitoring everything else that the flash application depends on.
