Acking an alert by replying to an email

I believe most people use procmail and submit external commands through procmail rules.

We use email to send all our alerts out, whether it goes to our phones over SMS or to our emails.  Is there a script or an addon, that I can have
nagios monitor the email box that sends out the alerts to watch for replies and ACK alerts based upon a reply?
