Exception to services defined for all hosts

It's not documented but you can use hostgroups in Nagios 2.X, I do.

You can usually try to do something like

host_name !hostname1, !hostname2 etc...

This works when using a hostgroup_name in the service definition but I 
haven't tried it with things like *...
