Question on services configuration.

HI all, 

This is the greatest support ever.  


I have not tried \!, but will try it a bit later, I keep locking the
account with the different configurations.  I will let you know. 

so far I have tried 


"impact!", 'impact!', impact$!, impact!!, "impact!!", 'impact$!' and so
far nothing.
