I've resolve the issue
actually i did not mention the complete path in nagios.cfg
if you look in nagios.cfg you'll too know about it what i had wrote into it.

broker_module=/usr/local/nagios/bin/ndomod.o config_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ndomod.cfg
