nagiosgrapgh and nagios

Hi All,
I seem to have a problem with nagiosgraph and nagios. 
It appears that all my rrd files have a date entered from sometime in
the future and no subsequent data can be
entered.
As an attempt to resolve this, I've deleted all my rrd files and started
from scratch, however the issue still persists after restarting the
nagios service. 

I'm not sure if its related but I'm also using. Nagios 2.x Web Config
1.3. (nagiosweb2-1.3)

Has anyone had a similar experience and or know of a what might be
causing this?
rpm version: nagios-2.9-1.el4.rf
