No Route to host

[Nagios]

I am getting No rout to host , however I can ping and ssh to host as well.
would you please let me know what do you think?


/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_http -H Server_ip_Address -u  /myhomepage 
-p 8080
No route to host
Unable to open TCP socket
