Acknowledgement via email?

I'd like to be able to acknowledge an alert by replying to the email
sent by Nagios. I've searched the list archives and Nagios Exchange to
no avail. Does anyone have something like that configured? I figure it's
possible to write from scratch, but I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if
there's a working solution already out there.
