Not if you configure your postfix on the Nagios server to relay direct to
the ISP SMTP Server.

/etc/postfix/main.cf
add
relayhost = smtp.exampleisp.com

http://www.amailsender.com/support/smtpserver/
has a good list of SMTP servers
