Nagios 2.4 CGI authentication issue!!

You may want to go over the parts of the documentation about how
authentication works, but it looks like you've got one of the following
problems:

1. Nagios is configured to use authentication, but haven't configured
your webserver correctly to authenticate users, or 

2. The user you're logging in as isn't listed as a contact on any of the
hosts or services you're trying to view.
