Nagios 2.4 has run out of space ??

Hey everyone i am running Nagios 2.4 and today i came in and i could no
longer view any of my hosts i have nagios and Cact running on the same
server everytime i try to log onto the web interface i get the follwing
error see below does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem it was
working yesterday

mysql -u cactiuser -p cacti < cacti.sql

 This error may also be generated if the cacti database user does not have
