Missing CGI files in 3.0a4

This one's come up about a bajillion times on the list, so check the
archives. Make sure you've checked the FAQs (http://nagios.org/faqs/),
too.

Once you've done that, come back here with the error messages you get
when configuring and/or compiling, and someone can probably tell you
what you missed.
