NDOutils installation

i believe you were correct, it does not appear in my process list
what port does nod2db-2x run on? and can i specify a different port?

i get the following when i try and start the process
nagios ndoutils-1.4b3 # /usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db-2x -c
/usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg
Could not bind socket: Address already in use
