Monitor multiple instances of Microsoft SQL 2000

Hello:

I'd like to know if somebody had implemented the monitor of a MS SQL server 
2000 with multiple instances on the same server.

I installed MS SQL server 2000 and activated the snmp service on the server, 
but checking all the information I receive via snmp, I can not figure out 
how I can get information of the databases per instance.
