check_sybase - DBD::Sybase perl module

Hello,

I'm using CentOS4 x86_64 and I'm having trouble finding a web site where I
can obtain the perl-DBD-Sybase x86_64  RPM. I need this in order to use the
check_sybase module.

Can any one provide me with a location?
