Thanks for the advice. I am still unclear on this issue. Currently I use
a check to notify when disk space is filling with -w set at 80% and -c
set at 90%. I am unable to figure out how to check for the reverse of
this so that -w 20% and -c 10% for remaining power of a UPS for example.

Use the -w and -c switches to specify ranges for OK states or ranges for
non-OK states. run check_snmp with --help on the console to get the
details for check_snmp ranges.

NB: This is not the official range format used by most other plugins.
