Missing Server.cfg file

This is a missing directory, not a file. Depending on how you  
configured nagios, that directory may have had more than one config  
file in it. We can't know, only you.

Only from your backups. Files such as this that contain hosts and  
services to monitor, are site-specific and created by you only. We  
have no idea what the contents of those file(s) are. The good news is  
that you don't have to completely re-install nagios again if you can't  
find the files. You only need to redefine the hosts/services that you  
were monitoring within those files.
