Installation help - CentOS 4.4 Server

I have followed the install guide
(http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/quickstart-fedora.html) down
to step #5

5) Configure the Web Interface

Install the Nagios web config file in the Apache conf.d directory.

make install-webconf


But, after running  'make install-webconf' I get:
make: *** No rule to make target `install-webconf'.  Stop.

Any help would be most appreciated.
