example how to monitor a performance counter from windows with nsclient?

Hi,
 
Has somebody a example of the checkcommands.cfg for me with a
performance counter for Windows 2003?
I want to monitor Check Average Disc sec/Write
<outbind://5/extinfo.cgi?type=2&host=10.10.20.72&service=Check+Average+D
isc+sec%2FWrite> .
