Nagios load specification?

Howdy,

Does anybody know where I can find Nagios performance loads? 
Specifically how much network bandwidth it uses (say 35 monitored 
aspects on 100 machines) and how much the Nagios Windows client uses 
(CPU usage)?

I wish to put Nagios into use at my new job but they will not allow 
anything in Production without some performance stats.  Having used 
Nagios for 4 years, I know that the impact is low, but unfortunately my 
  word isn't good enough :-) (and I never bothered to collect the 
metrics previously).
