Service escalations (exclude certain service_descriptions?)

I would like to create an escalation group that notifies for all services
and hosts except for a few specific ones.  I've created a serviceescalation
that will do everything, but now I'd like to start excluding a certain
service.  For example I'd like to not be notified if the service_description
is 'C:\', is there an easy way to match all and then exclude specific
services?

define serviceescalation {
host_name                 *
service_description      *
first_notification      3
last_notification       0
notification_interval   15
contact_groups          Tier2
}
