check_mailq plugin

Hello Paul

check_nrpe will running as nagios user.
To check the mailq you need to be root.

add this line with visudo:

nagios	ALL=NOPASSWD: /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_mailq

I'm running on Fedoracore4
