Indeed. :)

Marco, if you disable SELinux and then try, I'm fairly confident that it 
will work properly. If it does and you still wish to have SELinux 
enabled, hire a consultant to set it up properly for you so that Apache 
is allowed to execute the Nagios cgi's, or google for info on how to do 
it yourself.
