check_cciss plugin for monitoring RAID arrays on HP servers

Hi!

After nagios-plugins setup (for example: /usr/local/nagios/libexec),
you can find utils.pm and utils.sh.

Those files have :

STATE_OK=0
STATE_WARNING=1
STATE_CRITICAL=2
STATE_UNKNOWN=3
STATE_DEPENDENT=4

required for Nagios pluging status.

Pls copy check_cciss into this path.
