nagios + nextel issue

Call nextel.
"No other pager or email client sends me 2 pages for one"  <--- seems like 
you already discovered that it isn't a nagios issue.    check to see if 
you can configure messaging options on your nextel.

Troubleshooting nagios seems like a waste...
