Hello again list users.

I have a problem when I run the .configure command with version of nagios plugins. This is the string I am using to run the configure script:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/nagios --with-nagios-user=nagios --with-nagios-group=nagios --with-cgiurl=/nagios/cgi-bin --with-mysql=/opt/mysql/mysql

When I run this script, I see the following:

checking for mysql_init in -lmysqlclient... no
checking for mysql_close in -lmysqlclient... no
configure: WARNING: Skipping mysql plugin

Needless to say, when I run make all, the check_mysql plugin doesn't get included. I have MySQL 5.0.18 installed in /opt/mysql/mysql. Any ideas how I can get around this problem? Thanks in advance.

Mike R
