change nagios 1.2 to 2

1. paths for different nagioses must be different too. (for example 
/home/apache/www/nafios and /home/apache/www/nagios2

2 you need to make some changes in youe httpd.conf and create two 
directories for web-interfaces: for http://localhost/nagios & 
http://localhost/nagios2 (and don't forget about paths for CGI).

4. check that htaccess files for auth. users

5. check permitions for apache user to read files

6. see your access.log and error.log to enshure that you have corrent 
paths.

as another way - create virual domain in apache for new nagios ;-)
