Installation error on FBSD 5.4

Its been a while since I installed on bsd but I never saw that particular
error.  Did you update your ports?

I still new to this nagios. When try to install it from FBSD ports, I got
the following error :

# pwd
/usr/ports/net-mgmt/nagios
# make

Stop in /usr/ports/net-mgmt/nagios.

The installation is from FBSD 5.4 ports

Any advices will be appriciated.
