retry_check_interval issue/confusion

Thanks for clarifing this for me.  I think the wording above is a bit
ambiguous and might be clearer if it simply said "the number of "time units" to wait before re-checking the service."  Although I understand that, from an internal point of view in terms of how nagios is actually operating, the current way it is stated might more accurately reflect what is actually happening.
