Problems with the web interface of Nagios

Hello,

I installed Nagios, I configured the interface Web (/etc/httpd/conf.d/nagios.conf). I restarted Apache (/etc/init.d/httpd restart). When I connect myself to http://localhost/nagios, I reach the interface Web but if I go in a menu, a message is posted : Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

If I want to restart Nagios (/etc/init.d/nagios restart), a message is posted : Running configuration check... FAILED ! Restart aborted. Check your Nagios configuration.

What must I make ?
