Not if you're missing the app they didn't. You should really use the
packaging provided for a given distribution for consistency, and
nagios is already packaged for RHEL by dag. You should use the
appropriate RPMS provided here http://dag.wieers.com/packages/nagios/

No it's not. You don't have a functional VRML plugin for your browser,
so it's trying to save the vrml data as a filed named the same as the
cgi which is delivering the information to you.
