Check your contact definition to make sure that the notifications you
are expecting match that contact's notification options and time period.
Check nagios.log for notification attempts during the affected period.
Check maillog for delivery attempts during the notification period.
Check your mail queue for held messages. Check for multiple nagios
daemons running.
