automatic topology discovery tools

Dear Nagios-users，

I'm looking for a tool which has the feature of automatic discovery and also can map the topology of a net.
I have read some documentations and know that nagios can't do this. OpenNMS can discover but can't map it. 
Are there any other good/small tools support this ?
