Nagios Performance Numbers?

There's mrtg, cacti, cricket, routers2, all sorts of stuff. IMHO cacti
is the best rrdtool based one, at least from what I've seen/used, but
YMMV. Nagiosgraph is an rrdtool for Nagios plugin but I've never used
it. Someone wrote a web interface for Nagios that is in the cacti UI -
look it up on the cacti.net forums, can't remember the name of it.

Thanks,

Subject: [Nagios-users] Nagios Performance Numbers?

Hello,

I'm moving right along with my Nagios deployment. Next, I wish to
collect performance numbers from interfaces.

Since I can run an SNMP query, I thought that would be the best way,
however I wonder about moving the performance data into MySQL via NDO.

I suppose my main question is, which tools are people using to
performance performance monitoring for interfaces, etc.

I would like to produce graphs from the performance data. There are many
tools like perfparse, etc, but since I'm running in a distributed
enviornment, I would like to keep the sensor as "dumb" as possible.

Suggestions, Thoughts?

Thanks in advance,

Mike
