TXT Message a sell phone

Is it permitted? Yes

Is it configured to do so? Most likley not.

I am not new to Linux however i am not that versed in it, so i need to know
what i need to configure in this Linux box to make it relay through
Exchange. If you guys can't tell me (do to rules/restrictions on this list)
please tell me where i can find it.
