Icons showing up everywhere but in the status map

Hi,

> Did you check permissions ? Did you make your owm gd2 picture ?

Files are readable and I regenerated all the gd2 files (uncompressed
with a 0 chunk size ad suggested in the FAQ).

The result is the same.

BTW: I can see the icons in the status map popups: are these coming from
the gd2 or png files?
