[0] Create logins for your customers in htpasswd.
 
[1] Add entries for your customers to contacts.cfg.
 
[2] Add entries for your customers' contacts to contactgroups.cfg.
 
[3] Add that contactgroup to the 'contact_groups' entry for their
specific machines in hosts.cfg.
 
[4] Add alias entries for each entry in htpasswd to your aliases
database, and rebuild it.
 
[5] Test to insure that you can originate mail to external servers and
that it is delivered reliably.
