Nagios for Server or Client?

you can install nagios on any computer running on unix based os with
sendmail and other services is working.but it need mid level hardware or
you can install on high performance server too.
nagios is a monitoring server.so you have to decide where you want to
install.
and you can monitor many client with one nagios server.you have to install
nagios plugin on server and then have to configure your host and services.
you have to read documents carefully.

Hi,

Can nagios run under client computer ? or it must be run on server computer
? cause right now i install nagios on my computer, and my computer is
client not a server, and it doesn't work. I want install nagios because i
want monitor another client computer.
