I'd highly recommend you read:

a) The response I sent earlier telling you what the problem is with the
Nagios user's home directory, and

b) The Nagios documentation on how to configure check commands and
service definitions -- one of the two (or both) for that command is 
incorrect.

Since you haven't provided either the check command or the service
definition, what exactly *is* wrong is anybody's guess.
