Missing trends.cgi & histogram.cgi

Just curious as to what is suggested. Nagios 2.0b4 on Solaris 9. We've
recompiled it from the source several times. No errors, everything works
great - except there's no trends.cgi or histogram.cgi. Anyone have any
ideas on why? Or where we can get this pre-compiled for Sun?
