problem with check_disk_remote (solaris plugin)

its not working! checked the ownhership/permission of the file, both ok 
nagios 755
but when executed by nagios user, i got:
 $ ../libexec/check_disk_remote -e rsh -H k3tsyn1 -w 20 -c 30
permission denied
permission denied
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
../libexec/check_disk_remote line 119.

 checking the file now.. but any inputs are welcome..
