want acknowledgement alerts to email acknowledgement note

I'd like my notify-by-email to report my acknoledgement note when I
acknowledge an alert rather than the $SERVICEOUTPUT$. I'm wondering if
just using $OUTPUT$ instead of $SERVICEOUTPUT$ would do this but I can't
find information about $OUTPUT$ to tell. I've just seen it used in other
configs.
