The NotificationsMIB is not integrated into Nagios or the Plugins AFAIK.

The MIB maps the notification macros to the MIB elements.

The easiest way to use this would be to net-snmp's snmptrap via a 
notifications command definition.

I had been working on a integrated script for host and services, but have 
been side tracked.
