This is the third posting of yours which has been a timewaster.

You haven't tried anything for yourself and have simply posted the error 
message, not what you are trying to achieve.  This particular error is 
from Apache, which has nothing to do with Nagios.

While I realise english is your second language, you haven't even tried 
any diagnosis or problem solving of your own (language independant)

If this is all too hard for you, then maybe you need to hire a someone 
to come in and configure everything for you.
