Click on Availability under the Reporting section on the left hand menu.
Select Host(s) or Service(s).

On Step 2 of the wizard -- 

"Tip: If you want to have the option of getting the availability data in
CSV format, select '** ALL [HOSTS|SERVICES] **' from the pull-down
menu."
